Our axial piston motors of the AE series are built according to the swash plate principle and are characterized by their high power density, i.e. they produce a relatively high power at a small size and that at very high efficiencies of up to 95%.
In addition, they cover the entire range from low to high speeds.
At the same time, unlike other axial piston motors, they have almost perfect synchronization even at low speeds.
Displacement [cm3/rev] 2,8 – 45,0
Power [kW] up to 21,5
Operating speed range [rpm] 3 – 5250
Torque [Nm] up to 161
Axial piston motors with constant displacement in swash plate principle
Vg = 2,86 cm³/rev – 5,15 cm³/rev
Axial piston motors with constant displacement in swash plate principle
Vg = 11,4 cm³/rev – 21,3 cm³/rev
Axial piston motors with constant displacement in swash plate principle
Vg = 22,5 cm³/rev – 45,0 cm³/rev
Monopiles are long cylindrical tubes used to anchor offshore wind turbines in shallow waters. A monopile consists of several steel pipe sections welded together. Axial piston motors AE 16, for example, are used in the lining of the steel sheets for the production of the pipe sections.
